Solana is a very convenient , safe location. Quick access to all Disney parks, with times ranging from15-25 minutes. SeaWorld and Convention Center 30 minutes away and Legoland a very easy 25 minutes away. House was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and cookware.

Our Disney vacation villa is furnished to the highest standard and offers your family the luxury of a Five star hotel combined with the relaxed atmosphere of a family vacation home. Soak up the Florida sun on our extended deck where you can relax in the pool and spa, or simply enjoy the shade of the lanai sipping a drink while dinner cooks on the BBQ. All bedrooms/rooms have 4K HD Smart televisions with cable and DVD.
The master bathroom has a large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath and large walk in closet. The remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are located in a passage way off the dining room. The second bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom has a view of the pool area, Queen sized bed, 40-inch TV with cable channels, DVD player and alarm clock with iPod dock. The third bedroom features a large double sized bed, ample closet space, alarm clock with iPod dock and 40-inch TV with cable channels and DVD player. The final bedroom has twin beds, a 40-inch TV with cable channels, large walk in wardrobe and drawer space. For guests of all ages the Games Room is a welcome addition, it contains a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts, and a corner bar with stools.

Had a great experience at this house for 2 consecutive years. The house is in a great location with big bedrooms, nice pool area, and even has a grill. Also reasonably priced and highly recommended. Well we made it through a rigorous three weeks of Florida (oh what I wouldn’t give to endure it again soon!).
The pool was wonderful and was nice to have the privacy with the high fence. The location was nice - not too far away from the attractions but far enough to get out of the traffic. Our SunKissed villa Vacation Home was incredibly comfortable, clean and had everything we need to make our trip a complete success and enjoyable. We would recommend this home or any other villa to our friends and family. We have just returned home from our Florida vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your house.

The villa was so great that I can not find any bad review to wright about. It was even better than what the pictures & our expectations were. For sure we will be coming back to the villa especially when Mr. Collin is also the man in charge.
The house is extremely comfortable and well designed. It is very peaceful here and the scenery is lovely - we particularly enjoyed the evening visits from the cows in the field adjoining the property. We'd be very happy to stay here again in the future. We all had a wonderful time at your terrific house. It's a great location for getting to all of the area's attractions - that is if you can pull yourself away from the comforts of home including the pool, clubhouse and lake.
There are no rear neighbours, just uninterrupted views of a large natural pond and woodland. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (including 2 en-suites), villa sleeps 10 people with the aid of a sofa bed. It is beautifully decorated and updated with comfy, attractive sofas in the TV lounge and formal lounge, as well as gorgeous bedroom furnishings and window treatments throughout. In addition to the lounge, all four bedrooms have HD cable TV and DVD players.

The condo was so clean and close to all amenities and our children loved the resorts recreation. Where to Eat & Drink - Disney World has its own Downtown Disney area with more than 40 shops, entertainment, and kid-friendly restaurants. Aside from eating your way around Epcot or Be Our Guest, there are other great dining options just minutes from the park like El Tenampa, Q’Kenan’s, Jerusalem, Universal’s Citywalk. There are also lots of restaurants, shopping, cinema, and golf courses located on the iDrive. The best time to visit Disney World depends on what tourists are looking to get out of their vacations. Marlin’s Magic is a recently updated 3 bedroom condo in Emerald Island resort, Kissimmee Florida. For families of up to 6 members, this is a great choice.
Kissimmee was the first area where vacation homes were built near Disney World. We spent 2 FABULOUS weeks in the Disney Palms house with our 8 children and in laws. We were situated in a fantastic spot close to everything Disney World, Seaworld, Busch gardens and much much more. The third bedroom has an elegant Queen bed that shares a Jack and Jill washroom with the fourth bedroom that has two twin beds decorated with Mickey. You have a formal dining room and sitting area with kitchen and living area open space concept, leading to the patio pool area and your covered lanai. There are flat screen TV`s in all the bedrooms and family room. In your home there is lots of amenities offered.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with two living areas and a dining room. Upstairs there is a lovely loft area with a Wii for some fun. For some more fun there is a games room for the whole family that includes a pool table, air hockey table, and Foosball table. Though it may be the trip of a lifetime, a vacation to Walt Disney World doesnt have to break the bank. Theres a lot to see and do near the parks, including outdoor spaces to explore, delicious casual dining, and inexpensive attractions. Plenty of cheap Disney World house rentals are available to help you save even more.
